PlyGaN™
PlyGaN™ is a patent-pending customizable all-nitride material that can be applied onto a variety of substrates, used freestanding or laminated into multilayered structures.
Laminated PlyGaN™ is available in semi-insulating, un-doped, doped or gradient-doped version with both insulating and conductive bonding layers.
Applications:
PlyGaN™ can be used to improve device performance in virtually every application using nitrides and silicon carbides. Nitrides offer a unique combination of optical, thermal, electrical, and biological properties which make it ideally suited for a wide range of applications. PlyGaN™ is the first cost effective all nitride material in the market to enable:

Notes:
Goldeneye is open to working with qualified customers interested in developing finished or partially finished products. Depending on the application, Goldeneye can also integrate a variety of device structures (RF, Power, Laser diode, EELEDs, LEDs, solar cells, displays, and interconnect) onto PlyGaN™ either on the wafer level or on the freestanding PlyGaN™ itself. Integration of passive devices and interconnect is also possible, as well as a variety of additional epitaxial growth layers including ZnO, AlGaN and InGaN. Though typically supplied as a freestanding film or on a releasable support for thin veneers, attachment of PlyGaN™ to a variety of permanent substrates can also be provided.
